Why Volunteer?

Volunteering during a foreign trip allows you to engage in a unique and rewarding experience, that can have a lasting impact and really change the way you think, act and approach life in the future.
Working with indigenous communities, local communities, environmental concerns and social work are a few of the voluntary projects you can be able to participate in Chile and Argentina.

Responsible Tourism Policy

VOLUNTARY HORIZONS aims to:

·         Generate incomes for local communities by visiting locally owned lodging, restaurants and shops and hire local guides where possible.

·         Ensure that our type and scale of tourism is appropriate to the local conditions and operates within the limits set by the local community with regards to its infrastructure and capacity for receiving visitors.

·         Minimize our impact on the environment during our visits.
